MeeMeeCat — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
MeeMeeCat is a virtual cat pet game made for children. We take privacy seriously,
especially for kids.
The short version: MeeMeeCat does not collect, store, or share any
personal information. Everything you do in the app stays on your own device.
What we collect
Nothing. MeeMeeCat has:
- No accounts or sign-ups
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising
- No third-party software development kits (SDKs)
- No servers — your cats, gems, badges, and settings are saved only on your device
Sharing features
- Invite a friend / Share a cat photo / Share a cat code: These use
Apple's built-in Share Sheet and only happen when you choose to share. They are placed
behind a parental gate (a grown-up must solve a math problem first).
- A shared "cat code" contains only the cat's appearance (colors, ears,
etc.) — never a name or any personal information.
- We do not transmit any data to us or to any server.
Photos
If you choose "Save Photo," the app creates a picture of your cat and uses the system Share
Sheet so you can save it to your own Photos. The app asks permission before adding to your
photo library and does not read your existing photos.
Children's privacy
MeeMeeCat is designed to comply with children's privacy rules (such as COPPA in the US and
GDPR-K in Europe). Because we collect no data, there is nothing to share with anyone.
